We're thrilled that you'll be joining us for LIFT22: The Strata Users Virtual Summit. We wanted to answer a few common questions about the event:
How do I log in to my account on the event site?
If you are not currently logged into the site, select 'Agenda' on the top menu, then click 'My Interests' at the top of the list of sessions. Click 'Login' if you have already registered previously or 'Register' if this is your first time. You will be prompted for the email address that you originally registered for. Then check your email inbox for a link to automatically log you in.
What is the star icon next to the session titles?
Selecting the star icon will simply add it to your "My Interests" list. This is a good way of keeping track of the sessions you might want to attend live or watch later.
How do I join sessions?
You'll join sessions directly from the Agenda page by clicking the "Join Broadcast" button. Be sure to join sessions 2 minutes before the scheduled start time. Run the Quick Tech Check to make sure you don’t have any issues in accessing the sessions. We recommend you use Chrome as your browser and have ad blockers and pop up blockers disabled. Note that all sessions will use computer audio. Please refer to our attendee troubleshooting guide should you have any technical issues.
How do I access recordings of the sessions after the event?
Recordings of all keynote and breakout sessions will be available for download immediately following the event via this website. Please note that User Group sessions will not be recorded or made available after the event.
How do I receive CPE credits for this event?
Attendance for all broadcasted sessions will be based on taking note of and reporting back on code words that will be shown during the live broadcasts. Each hour-long session will have three unique words that will appear for 30 seconds each, toward the bottom of the video throughout the presentation. CPE credit is only granted for the live viewing of sessions. The code words will not be shown in the on-demand sessions. Those seeking credit must complete and return an evaluation form for each CPE certified presentation attended. The form will have a space to report the code words. The form links will be emailed to you at the conclusion of each day of the summit. Viewing the summit from a computer is recommended as some phones and tablets block the area that contains the code words.
Attendance for all live user group sessions (Advanced Planning User Group Workshop, Continuous Improvement Product User Group and Community Network User Group) will be based on participating in answering the polling questions that are shown throughout the 50 min session.
You will receive your CPE credits via email by November 28, 2022.
